The tofu brain on the street is too bad. I really don't like the tofu brain made of lactone. I bought a plaster and made it myself.
Step1:Bubble beans, beating, filtering, boiling. These steps will not be talked about. For unclear, please refer to my other recipe of making salted tofu. After boiling, the temperature will cool for 5 minutes. The plaster will be boiled with a small amount of water. The cold soymilk will be rushed in and quickly stirred with chopsticks. Then the heat will be kept for 25 minutes. If you insert one chopstick, you can't pour it. Bean curd brain is good.
Step2:It's like clotting fat. I used a disposable spoon, a spoon of plaster and a paper cup of water to mix 250g of dried soybeans.
Step3:Fill the bowl while it's hot.
Step4:Raw soy sauce, sesame oil, coriander, shredded mustard and peanuts. If you like spicy, you can add spicy oil. You can add any seasoning you like.
Step5:It's ready to eat. What I made has bean flavor. It's not comparable with lactone.
