Step1:The water in the ribs is dried. This time, I use the frozen one which has been processed before. It's the same as the defrosting one.
Step2:Mix soy sauce, flour and white pepper and put them on to marinate. About ten minutes. It doesn't take long. No salt. I added water because it was dehydrated by freezing. Fresh ribs do not need water.
Step3:Pan fry. Pan is OK. No oil. Or a little oil. You can make the pancake pan a little higher, so that the oil can flow out.
Step4:Out of the pot. Add tofu milk. Season with a little sapropel.
