Step1:Ingredients needed. Salmon and eggs. I use the farm's own eggs.
Step2:Add salt, cooking wine, pepper (white and black) and egg white. Marinate with starch. This will make the fish tender. Don't use chemicals such as tender meat powder
Step3:The eggs must be well broken. Add some cooking wine, salt, and water starch.
Step4:The pot is hot. Add cold oil and fry the fish. It will change color a little.
Step5:Then add in the eggs. Don't stir them. It's best to turn the pan. Just turn it over a few times. When the eggs solidify a little, they will come out of the pan. Or they will get old.
Step6:Just sprinkle some green onion on the plate.
