Step1:Wash the lamb chops. Soak them in cold water for an hour to remove the blood. Then put cold water in the pot. Put the lamb chops in. Because there is no ginger at home. I grabbed a little pepper and put it in the flying water. It mainly plays the role of removing the mutton smel
Step2:Fish out the lamb chops flying over the water. Rinse them with cold wate
Step3:The pot is hot. Put a small amount of oil. Put the sheep in and stir fry
Step4:White radish rolled to cut into piece
Step5:Clean the shallots. Tie them. Put them in the radis
Step6:Drain the fried sheep. Add water to the lamb chops
Step7:I use the electric stew cup. It's been stewed for about 4 and a half hours. The lamb chops are very soft and chewy. If I use the gas for about 3 hours, it's OK.
Step8:After stewing, put some salt and white pepper on it. A bowl of hot lamb chops and turnips on it. My daughter loves it very much. Even my husband doesn't like soup, they say it's delicious. And it doesn't smell like mutton at all (you can put the scallion at will)
