Step1:Wash lettuce and mushrooms. Cut lettuce. Slice mushrooms. I didn't throw out the lettuce leaves. I fried them too. They taste a bit like the lettuce.
Step2:Break up the eggs. Put a spoonful of rice wine and a small amount of salt in it. Fry the eggs first. Put two spoonfuls of oil in it. Remove when it's eight minutes old.
