Step1:First of all, according to the instructions of Jiuyang soybean milk machine, add black sesame, walnut and a little rice and water to make sesame paste.

Step3:Put the sesame paste in the pot and precipitate for about 30 minutes.
Step4:Skim off the light liquid (you can drink it). Pour the thick sesame paste at the bottom of the pot into the bowl for later us
Step5:Use a rolling pin to crush the whole wheat biscuit. Add the butter, sugar powder, black sesame and salt that are melted in the water. Mix well.
Step6:Cover the bottom of the mould with the mixed biscuit crumbs and press them with a spoon. Put them into the middle layer of the oven which is preheated to 170 degrees. Take them out about 8 minutes. Cool them for use.
Step7:Soften the cream cheese and beat with an egg beater. Add sugar powder, sour milk oil, vanilla extract and egg in turn until they are completely combined. Sift in the low gluten flour and mix well
Step8:If you want to make the layer clear, you can't divide it equally. The cheese with Matcha is about 3540 grams more than that with sesame paste.
Step9:Sift more cheese paste into tea powder and mix well. Add less cheese paste into sesame paste and mix well.
Step10:If the mold is not non stick, please spread the oil and powder before pouring in the cheese paste. First pour in the Sesame Cheese paste, and then pour in the Matcha cheese paste. Move gently. Otherwise, it will destroy the beautiful stratification. Because the cake mold is flexible, so before baking, the bottom has been wrapped with tin paper.
Step11:Put the cake mold wrapped with tin paper into a deep plate. Pour 3cm high water into the plate. The oven is 170 degrees and the lower middle layer water bath method is about 25 minutes. Turn off the oven and open a seam in the oven door. Let the cake stand in the oven for about 40 minutes before taking it out. Put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours to refrigerate or store overnight. When eating, sift in tea powder to decorate black sesame.
Cooking tips:The whole recipe can make a 6-inch cake. It's better to use a movable bottom mold. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
