Dumpling stuffing is optional. I use pork stuffing with shredded white radish. Please refer to the recipe of [two color white radish stuffed bun]. -
Step1:Steam purple potatoes in any way. Mash them while hot. Add boiling water and salt. Stir well.
Step2:Add flour while it's hot. Stir into floccules (add boiled water and flour when it's dry and wet).
Step3:After not scalding, knead into smooth dough, cover and wake up for about 20-60 minutes.
Step4:Knead the long strip. Evenly lower the dosage.
Step5:Roll it into the middle thick and thin skin around. Put some stuffing. I use pork stuffing with shredded radish.
Step6:The wrapped dumplings with hot noodles.
Step7:Put the boiling water into the pot and heat for 12 minutes.
