Step3:Put oil in the pot and add two pieces of ginger. Add shredded carrots and stir fry them. When the carrots are 8 minutes cooked, stir fry the shredded shallots. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper and stir fry them. I like the cooked shredded onion. I fry it a little longer. When the shredded vegetables are about to ripen, stir fry the beef slices. Season with salt to make the pot. The fried beef slices are spread on the rice.
