The Spring Festival is a month away. I'm going to have a dinner at home this year. So I tried some dishes first. I chose some dishes with novel taste. Today I tried baked spareribs without oil. They are delicious. I also summed up some shortcomings. I wrote them in the tips. I plan to put this dish on the new year's food table.
Step1:Add water, ginger, onion, anise, cinnamon and pepper for 30 minutes.
Step2:Mix the seasoning in the auxiliary materials (I add ginger and onion powder, but it's not good. It tastes like green onion and ginger when baked, but it affects the taste. So it's better not to add chopped green onion and ginger powder in the marinade.)
Step3:Mix the cooked ribs and marinade. Marinate for two hours. It's best to stay overnight. Put it on a tin lined baking tray.
Step4:Wrap it up. Bake at 250 ℃ for 15 minutes.
Cooking tips:Don't add chopped green onion and ginger to the marinade. Just mix them according to the auxiliary materials. Don't cook the ribs too long. They won't come off. I pressed the pressure pot for 30 minutes. It's a bit boneless. It's not chewy. Be careful next time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
