My daughter likes leeks very much. As breakfast, she doesn't want to fry only leeks and eggs. The variety is too single and the nutrition is not comprehensive. So I figured out the stir fry.
Step1:Beat the eggs into a bowl. Add a little salt. Mix well. A little oil in the pan. Soak in the bottom of the pan. Put in the egg liquid after the pot is hot. Turn the frying pan to make the egg liquid into a thin egg cake.
Step2:Shred the egg cake. Wash and shred the watercress. Peel and shred the carrots. Wash and shred the mushrooms.
Step3:Wash and cut leeks.
Step4:When the oil is hot, stir fry mushrooms, carrots and shredded fungus for a while.
Step5:Pour in about half a tablespoon of soy sauce. Add some salt.
Step6:Continue to stir fry until it is almost cooked.
Step7:Add leeks and shredded eggs.
Step8:Stir fry quickly until cooked.
Cooking tips:I use a kind of yellow leek which is a local winter specialty. In fact, any leek can be used. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
