Step1:Mince the pork lean meat into mud and put it into a bowl. Add the egg and mix well. Slice the pork fat first, then cut it into small cubes. Mince the watercress, croissants and cabbage hearts respectively. Put them into the lean meat bowl together with the cilantro. Add the onion and ginger juice, pepper noodles, salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil and mix them into stuffing.
Step2:Put the pork stuffing into a ball about 3cm in diameter. Steam in a steamer for 8 minutes. When it's tender, take it out and put it in a soup bowl.
Step3:Put chicken soup, shredded onion and ginger, salt and monosodium glutamate in the spoon, boil them, skim the floating foam, add vinegar, pepper, sesame oil, sprinkle with parsley and pour them into a large bowl.
