Cooking tips:1. My small flat pan is a small cast iron pan with a diameter of 16. It can be cooked in a small fire. Here, it is suggested to use a non stick pan. 2. I like less pasta. It can be fried more crispy. If there are more noodles, the pancake will be slightly thick. The taste is soft cotton. 3. Bacon is added to the pancake in the picture. But bacon is salty.
