When I was in Japan, I had a fried beef in a Fried String shop. It's very delicious. It's unforgettable. Now I try to carve it again at home. What I eat there is a combination of beef and konjac. I change it into beef tendon and white radish. Then I add more water to make soup. It's light and delicious. I eat warm food with soup and vegetables.
Step1:Put the dried kelp in the pot and soak it in water. After soaking, add a handful of wooden fish flowers. Boil over high heat. Then turn the low heat to boil until the flavor of the ingredients is fully distributed.
Step2:Then take out the kelp and the wooden fish and discard them. Only leave the clear soup.
Step3:Cut the tendon into one bite.
Step4:Cut the radish into thick pieces. I carved the flowers.
Step5:Scoop up a spoonful of red food and put it in the soup. Stir to make it mixed evenly.

Step8:First add in the radish and boil it over high heat, then boil it over low heat for 10 minutes.
