Cake is a very popular fermented pasta. It is a good choice for breakfast because of its simple method, sweet and soft taste. Although there are many cakes on the market, for the sake of nutrition and health, I prefer to make them at home, and I can also make them into various flavors according to my own preferences. Step4:Add some raisins and stir for a few times
Step5:Take another glass basin. Apply a little oil to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into it. Cover it. Ferment at room temperature for 1 hour to 2 times the size. (in summer, the temperature is high, it may only take half an hour to double the size.
Step6:Decorate the fermented batter with a little raisins
Step7:Steam in cold water for half an hour, turn to medium heat after boiling and steaming in high heat, turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes before turning on
Step8:Cool to not hot before cutting.
