My menu is almost pure. It doesn't even have onion and garlic.
Step1:1. Sliced chicken 2. Hot oil in pot. Add in chicken and fry over medium low heat until both sides are yellowish. Remove. 3. Add some water (or soup) into the pot, and add some raw soy sauce (like the deep colored one, add some old soy sauce). 4. Add some sugar, mix well and boil. 5. Add in the chicken stew to taste. 6. Add some rice vinegar. Stew until the soup starts to reduce.
