I studied the recipe of a douyou, but there was no seasoning proportion, so I researched and improved the recipe which was highly praised by French foodies and shared it with my friends. -
Step1:In this supermarket, buy a box of directly divided streaky pork, peel it and cut it vertically into two pieces. Marinate one day in advance - mix all seasonings except honey and spread evenly over the meat. Put the meat and all the sauces into a fresh-keeping bag and tie them up. Refrigerate them overnight.
Step2:Oven hot air circulation up and down fire mode, 220 ℃ preheating. Wrap the meat and sauce in tin foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step3:Take out, remove the tin paper, change the meat and sauce into a container, and brush the meat with honey (thicker and more delicious). Put it back in the oven, change the temperature to 180200 ℃ (there are some differences in the temperature of each oven, you need to grasp it), and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step4:Take it out, turn the meat over, brush the honey, and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step5:Take out and cut slightly thick slices, dish and water. That's when it's ready to go..
Step6:Add one - this amount is usually enough for four people to sweep up in one meal. If two people eat, cut thick slices directly for the second meal, and then fry them in a non stick pan together with the sauce before eating meat (no need to add water or other). I feel that it's more delicious after I heat the juice (as shown in the picture). If you like the rich taste, you can add this step to the first meal.
Cooking tips:It's better to choose the one with more layers but less fat. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
