Choose the voltage pot water can not use too much. Because the voltage pot will not consume too much water. If it's a normal pressure cooker, it needs a little more water. The time is about 20 minutes after the sound starts to sizzle (this time is estimated by the time I use the pressure cooker). If you choose a common pot to boil, the water should not exceed the lotus root. The time will be longer.
Step7:When it's done, take it up. The reason is that I put in the leftover glutinous rice and cook it together. After the lotus root is picked up, it's glutinous rice and sweet porridge. It's not wasteful, but also can satisfy my appetite. Kill two birds with one stone.
Step8:Then switch to the common pot and continue to cook. The water is less than half of the lotus root. Add brown sugar 2 and cook until the juice is collected. Turn the lotus root gently in the middle to color it.
