Step1:I used a small row of ribs. I bought the ribs and asked the store to chop them. After I went home, I cleaned them and drenched them with water. I salted them with salt, oil, five spice powder, onion, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine for half a day. I pickled it in the morning. I made it at noon.
Step2:Soak the glutinous rice in advance.

Step4:Every one of the ribs is wrapped in glutinous rice.
Step5:In a cage. Steam over high heat. Turn to medium heat for 40 minutes.

Cooking tips:The glutinous rice must be soaked well in advance. The steamed glutinous rice is bright and crystal. It will not be mixed. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
