Sweet and sour
Step1:Wash the Hawthorn and remove the core. Soak one third of the agar in warm water. Boil the treated person and hawthorn with proper amount of water. Take out the Hawthorn and put it into a small square plate for use. Boil the boiled Hawthorn water with 50g sugar and 30g osmanthus honey. Boil the soaked agar with fire until it is thick. Let it cool to about 30C and put it into the Hawthorn to be used and refrigerat
