Cooking Steps

   Step1:Put the powder into a bowl. Pour in boiling water and scald the powder to form a doug

   Step2:Pour the dough out of the table and add lard to knead the dough. Knead until it is smooth, then you can knead the dough and divide the ingredients.

   Step3:Put some lotus paste stuffing in a flat package, and make it into a round cake shape. Steam in a cage over boiling water for 10 minutes
