Step6:After about 50 minutes, the dough is 2.5 times larger. Use your fingers to check the fermentation state.
Step7:Gently take out the dough and put it on the chopping board. Divide it into four parts. Roll it round. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 15 minutes.
Step8:Roll out the dough and tighten it from top to bottom.
Step9:Turn 90 degrees. Interface up.
Step10:Roll it out again.
Step11:After the rolled dough is slightly rubbed into the mold length, put the interface downward into the mold.
Step12:Put the mold in the oven. Put a basin of hot water under it. Select the oven fermentation function. Start the final fermentation. Take out mould and hot water. Preheat oven at 185 degrees. Brush egg liquid on dough surface. Sprinkle white sesame seeds.
Step13:Put the mold in the middle layer of the oven. Bake at 180 ℃ for 15 minutes until the surface is golden. After baking, immediately pour out the bread and put it on the air rack for heat dissipation.
