Share a way for me to make red bean paste. It's microwave oven. This method doesn't need to be stir fried all the time in the frying pan. I'm not afraid it's dry. It's paste. It's definitely the easiest.
Step1:Soak red beans in water for more than 8 hours. Wash, strain and put into the rice cooker. Add water just less than 1 cm. It's the same as cooking. Cook with the cooking procedure.
Step2:Mash it with a spoon. The cooked red beans are easy to crush. I like some micro particles so I haven't screened anything. If you like it more delicate, you can add some water and stir it with a blender. Then mix in the sugar and put it into the microwave oven.
Step3:Choose microwave for 5 minutes. When it's time, take it out and mix it. Then put it in microwave for 5 minutes. So many times. Until you reach the dry humidity you want. Time is on its own. The advantage of this method is to find that it is not sweet enough to increase at any time. Even if the red bean sauce is dried, you can add some water to continue. It's OK to add oil. I just beat the red bean paste a little bit dry and put more oil in it.
Step4:The prepared red bean paste ~ dumpling. Bread. Dessert. Filling. Everything.
