Step2:Take it out and divide it into two dough. You can add some high flour as hand powder properly
Step3:Take one of them. Fold it left and right. Then turn it 90 degrees clockwise. Press down from the middle interface with finger joint in finger clench type, as shown in the figure. Roll up and down. It's best to roll three times in a row. I didn't take a picture of this step. I'll make it up next time. After rolling, rub it from the middle to both ends.
Step4:Put in the mold. Wrap with plastic wrap. Ferment to twice the size.
Step5:After fermentation, sprinkle high powder on the surface and cut with a sharp knife. Put it in the oven. Put the oven's own baking tray under the oven. When it reaches 220 ℃, pour cold water into the baking tray. Water vapor will form. Preheat 220 ℃ and bake for 20 minutes, then turn 200 ℃ or 210 ℃ and bake for 10 minutes. The dough in the picture is not long enough, so the hair is a little out of the mold. Please note that the dough can be kneaded longer.
Step6:It's ready to eat when it's out of the oven
