   Step1:1. Add sugar and mayonnaise to cream cheese and mix them in turn; take half of fish jelly and 8g cold water to heat and melt; after mixing, add cream and sugar and mix well; then add half of strawberry jam and mix well. 2. Pour the cake paste into the mold and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix the remaining strawberry jam and fish jelly solution (the operation is the same as above) and pour them on the frozen cheese cake to continue to refrigerate. One hour later, take out the demoulding slice and cover it on the sponge cake.
