This is the beginning of summer. The pig's hoof is rich in collagen; it can relieve diarrhea, appetizer, clear heat, nourish and nourish lotus root. It's mixed with asparagus rich in amino acids, protein and vitamins. It's soaked in soymilk and made in pot. It's delicate and smooth on the taste. It's a good way to make soup at home.
Step1:Soak the soybeans one night in advance.
Step2:100 grams of soybeans and 1200 ml of water. This time, the soymilk is ground more because it is used for soup making. With the new P3 wall breaking soymilk machine, there is no residue after grinding the soymilk. It omits the particularly troublesome and tedious filtering link, making the cooking more time-saving and convenient.
Step3:Wash and chop pig's hooves into small pieces. Wash and reserve.
Step4:Cut the asparagus at an angle. Blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step5:The lotus root is peeled and cut into large pieces.
Step6:Fill the wok with water. Put in the pig's hoof, some cooking wine and some ginger slices. Remove the pig's hooves after boiling. This step is necessary. As long as the meat is cooked in high temperature, it will come out and float. This step can clean the float after boiling.
Step7:Pour some soymilk, pig's hoof, fresh sliced ginger and lotus root into the pressure cooker. Choose tendon for 30 minutes.
Step8:Half an hour's high-pressure cooking. The pig's hooves are already soft and rotten. Put some salt according to the taste. Then add asparagus. Because asparagus has been blanched. It's fully cooked. So use the still hot soup to make asparagus taste quickly.
Step9:It's delicious.
Cooking tips:Here's what I'll tell you - I've done it twice in the weekend, once in a casserole and once in a pressure cooker. The casserole took nearly 2 hours. The pressure cooker lasted 30 minutes. And after tasting, I found that it is better to use soy milk to make soup. If it's chicken and duck meat, it's really good to stew in casserole for a long time with a small fire, because it's mainly soup. There is no big difference between the two cooking methods in taste. I don't believe you can try it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
