Step2:Fermentation for 78 hours. It's twice as big as the original, which means the fermentation is successful.
Step3:Put the facial alkali (until there is no sour taste). Knead it by hand until there is no eye (exhaust).
Step4:Rub into strips, cut into noodles, and knead into circles (different for different people).
Step5:On the tray (hot and cold). Steam for 2030 minutes (depending on size).
