Step1:Stir the yeast in warm water (not hot); prepare flour. Add some sugar and salt. Add yeast water to knead the flour.
Step2:Knead the dough into three lights. I made it at room temperature of more than 30 degrees. It took me an hour to make it. The dough volume increases. There are honeycombs inside the dough. After the hair is done, I continue to knead the dough. I knead it for more than 10 minutes. Exhaust the air inside the dough. Then I knead it to the shape I want.
Step3:The shaped steamed bread was covered with a wet plastic wrap for another 20 minutes, and then steamed in a pot.
Step4:Add more water to the pot. Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes. Keep it stuffy for a few minutes. Get out of the pot.
Step5:Because for the first time, it can be done with the attitude of practising hands and being able to make steamed bread ripe. So the results are naturally satisfactory. The steamed bread has good hair. Because I didn't add much sugar, milk, eggs and other materials to increase the taste, so the taste is average. But after all, I was very satisfied with it for the first time.
