If you have green peppers at home, put them in two minutes before you leave the pot. If you can eat spicy peppers, you can put a few red peppers to stir.
Step1:Peel chicken leg and cut into small pieces. Cut potatoes into small pieces.
Step2:Put in the oil. Stir fry all the spices, onions and ginger.
Step3:Fry the chicken until both sides are white and slightly yellow.
Step4:You can't add water to the chicken. Open the pot, skim off the floating powder. Home cooking wine, bean paste, rock sugar. Then put in the mushrooms. Cover the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Step5:Stir fry it for 10 minutes. Add in the agaric (and green pepper). Add in the delicious seasoning and stew for 5 minutes to make it out of the pot.
Cooking tips:Soy sauce with bean paste is salty enough. If you think it's light, you can add a little salt to make dishes before you leave the pot.
