I make yoghurt every day. If I can't finish eating, I can make bread. Yogurt toast. Bread eaten by hand. Light fragrance. Endless aftertaste.
Step1:All the ingredients except butter. Put the liquid first and then the powder into the bread bucket. Start the blending process. Add softened butter. Finish the whole blending process.
Step2:The glove mould can be pulled out after the blending.
Step3:Knead it for the first fermentation, and then divide it into three equal parts as shown in the figure. Let it stand for 15 minutes with full exhaust.
Step4:The growing ellipse.
Step5:Roll it up and down. Close it up and down.
Step6:Put them all in the toast box. Put them in the oven for half an hour.
Step7:Send it to about 8 minutes full. Brush the egg liquid (or not). Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake for about 35 minutes (if the color is too deep in the middle, cover the tin paper in time).
Step8:It's delicious. Rose is great.
Cooking tips:Self made yoghurt is sugar free. It contains sugar when buying finished yoghurt. So the sugar content should be increased or decreased appropriately. And the consistency of yogurt is not the same, so the amount of flour is also increased or decreased. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
