Cooking Steps

   Step1:Wash the spareribs. Put water into the pot and boil them. Put the spareribs for 2 minutes. Remove the blood. Then wash them with water. Put the cooking wine and soy sauce. Mix the salt evenly. Put the raw meal into the marinated spareribs. Mix again.

   Step2:Clean the vegetables you want to use. Cut the vegetables as you like.

   Step3:Now let's make rice. Soak the rice in water for more than 20 minutes. Wash the soaked rice and put it into the pot. Pour water into the pot. Cook rice as usual. Add some cooking oil and salt. Stir it. Put the marinated spareribs on evenly. Pour the sauce into the pot together. Put the vegetables, such as carrots, radishes and vegetables, on evenly first. (photo in the picture. Because my rice cooker has the function of making rice in casserole. I directly discharge the rice cooker and press the function of making rice in casserole. When the time comes, I add the eggs. There are 2 minutes left. I add the vegetables again. It's time. OK. It's the same with the casserole. After making it as above, turn on the heat until there is a small hole in the rice. Turn off the fire when there is a small bubble in the hole. Put the eggs and vegetables on the top and cover them with a lid and simmer until they smell good. Turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
