Step1:Divide the noodles into three parts. Add yeast to one part and ferment to twice the size.
Step2:Heat the mature oil and cool it.
Step3:Add 2 tablespoons of plain oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 egg and 2 other parts of noodles to the fermented dough. If it's too dry, add less water, flour and harder.
Step4:After kneading the dough, roll it into dough. It's about 1cm thick. Cut it into squares or long strips.
Step5:Add oil in the pot. Heat it to 60% heat. Put in the chess pieces. Disperse them. Fry them in low heat until the chess pieces expand. The color turns yellow. Take out the oil control.
