Step3:Mung bean flour, glutinous rice flour and low gluten flour are added to the water oil mixture and mixed together
Step4:Mix well and steam for 40 minutes. Stir several times during the steaming period to make the upper surface evaporate evenly. During the steaming period, if the surface is dry, add some water and mix properly
Step5:After steaming, take it out and pour it on the console to cool it quickly. It's cool enough to be kneaded by hand
Step6:Take 50g of noodles, knead them round and flatten them. Put 20g of bean paste stuffing on them and wrap them up
Step7:When the moon cake is wrapped, it can be pressed in the mould and pushed out
