Sanbei chicken is a traditional famous dish in Jiangxi Province. It belongs to Yuanzhou cuisine of Jiangxi cuisine. It's called three cups of chicken because it doesn't put soup when cooking. It only uses one cup of rice wine, one cup of lard and one cup of soy sauce. The color of this dish is sauce red, original taste, mellow and attractive. It is suitable for both wine and rice. After spread to Taiwan, the condiments were changed slightly, which became the three cup chicken. The biggest feature of the three cup chicken is to add a vanilla basil.
