With the arrival of the rainy season, the remote mountains are covered with wild mushrooms. As a child, I ran all over the mountains with my friends to find some of them. I will never forget their taste.
Step1:The wild Boletus is washed clean. Its feet are easy to grow worms. Pay special attention.
Step2:Slice. Don't be too thin or too thick.
Step3:Cut the green pepper into pieces.
Step4:Slice the ham and garlic.
Step5:Pour a little sesame oil (100g) or so. Stir fry green peppers first. Stir fry half cooked and Shovel them up. Stir fry the ham again. Stir dry some and Shovel them. Stir fry the remaining oil with pepper and garlic. Add in the cut Boletus after it is cooked. Stir until the bacteria are completely soft. Add in the stir fried ham and green pepper. Cover with lid. Simmer for at least seven or eight minutes. Then out of the pot. Try not to add water. Use the oil at the bottom of the pot to bake it.
Cooking tips:Usually the ham bought in the supermarket is salty, so there is no salt in this dish. It can be increased according to your own preference. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
