I love our local fried noodles. Unfortunately, I can't eat them outside. Stir fry with Jiangxi rice noodles sold in the supermarket. The taste is not authentic. Talk to comfort.
Step1:Soak rice noodles in water for half an hour.

Cooking tips:Rice noodles need to be soaked overnight. Or cooked and then fried. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
