Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:After soaking and cleaning, remove both ends, remove meridians and collaterals, and pinch into appropriate segments. Streaky pork should be fat or thin. If not, take another piece of lean meat. Cut both into thin slices. Open them up. Peel and slice garlic.
