The vegetables and fruits planted in my fish pond are safe without any pesticides. Green pepper can give eggplant a special flavor. Garlic adds flavor.
Step1:Slice eggplant. Soak in water. (remove toxin / reduce oil absorption
Step2:Sliced green pepper.
Step3:Slice garlic.
Step4:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the garlic slices over low heat. (the oil is made from home-made rapeseed oil. Both lard and olive oil are OK.
Step5:Stir the garlic slices to give the fragrance. Stir in the green pepper.
Step6:Add eggplant. Stir fry over high heat.
Step7:Eggplant is a little soft. Add salt and stir fry.
Step8:When the eggplant is completely soft, put it in a dish.
Cooking tips:Choose whether to add monosodium glutamate or not according to the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
