Step1:Prepare ingredients. Wash luffa and peel. Cut into hob pieces. Cut into sections with oil strips. (the fried dough sticks are made of Xiangxue fried dough sticks. See the previous recipe for the production method.)
Step2:Pour some olive oil into the hot pot. Cut the dried peppers into small pieces and stir them in the pot.
Step3:Stir fry the loofah until half cooked.
Step4:Add in the oil sticks and stir fry. Sprinkle with a little salt. Then start the pot.
Step5:Sprinkle a little green onion for decoration.
