I've made a lot of snacks in this period. They are basically sweet. Qifeng, Matcha roll, cranberry biscuit, pumpkin bag, etc. I want to change my taste. It's hard to have a cool day today, so I made soda biscuit.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:All ingredients in the dough are put into the basin. After kneading into smooth dough, wrap the preservative film on the edge of the basin. Put it in a warm place for fermentation.

  2. Step2:Because it's summer. After about 40 minutes, the dough has been fermented to twice the size. After exhausting the air, it is divided into two pieces. It is sorted into two round dough. It is allowed to stand for 15 minutes.

  3. Step3:Pastry can be made during dough fermentation. Heat the butter in the pastry ingredients to dissolve. Add flour and salt to knead the pastry. Because I want to make two kinds of biscuits. Inby is divided into two parts. Put chopped green onion in one part and sesame in the other. (I forgot to put sesame seeds. Later, I sprinkled some water on the cake. Sprinkled some black sesame seeds.

  4. Step4:Roll the dough after standing into thin slices. Put the pastry in the middle and press it open. Fold the pastry around and wrap it up and then roll it open.

  5. Step5:Roll out the package and fold it left and right. Fold it up and down, just like folding a quilt, roll it out again as shown in the figure.

  6. Step6:Roll it into a big slice. Use a fork to fork on it to prevent the biscuit from bulging during baking. Cut off the corners. Cut into biscuits of even size.

  7. Step7:Sprinkle some water on it. Put it in the baking tray. Let it stand for another 20 minutes. Put it in the oven.

  8. Step8:The oven needs to be preheated before baking. It took me about 150 degrees to heat up and down for ten minutes. Put the baking tray in 150 ℃ for 15 minutes, and the delicious food will be finished.

  9. Step9:Sesame soda also lights up.
