Step1:Clean the horse head fish. Drain the water. Wipe the fish inside and outside with salt. Marinate for ten minute
Step2:Put oil in the pan and bring to a boil. Change the fish to medium heat. Fry until golden. Turn over and fry the other side until golden
Step3:Take a small half bowl of water, put in 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp soy sauce, fry the fish, pour in the seasoning, sprinkle with scallion and coriander in 1 minute, then start the pot.
Cooking tips:You don't need to add water, sugar or oyster sauce if you like the crispy taste. Just put some soy sauce. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
