Step1:Add 5g white sugar in warm water, mix well and then pour in dry yeast. Let it stand for fermentation for about 10 minutes (the temperature is relatively high in summer and it is suitable for fermentation, so about 10 minutes is OK
Step2:Put the fermented water and the remaining 45g of sugar into the flour and knead it into a dough.
Step3:Knead vigorously for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal weight segments. Take a piece and put it between the palms. Rub it into a circle and put it on the gauze of the steamer. The rest will be dealt with accordingly.
Step4:Let the steamer stand for about 1 hour to wake up. The dough is twice as big as before. Start steaming on the fire. Steam for 30 minutes.
Step5:Don't open the cover of the steamer immediately after steaming, so as not to let the cold air in suddenly and let the steamed bread collapse.
Cooking tips:The fermentation time of dough is related to the quantity of yeast. If 10g dry yeast is put on, half an hour is enough to wake up (in summer). If 5g dry yeast is put on, about 1 hour is needed to wake up. The amount of white sugar is 20% of flour. Because the family is not suitable to eat more sugar. I only put 10%. The taste is also good.
