It's a dish of skill
Step1:1. Go to the market to buy four living swimming crab. Ask the dealer to kill them. Cut them into eight pieces. Take four crab shells back. Just a little rinse. Don't wash out the crab roe. 2. Take out the yolks from three salted duck eggs. Flatten them with a spoon and add a little water. Fry them in an oil pan to make a paste for later use. 3. Slice the scallion and ginger. 4. Mix a small bowl of water starch. 5. Dip the crab and crab shell in the water lake powder in turn. 6. Stir fry the crab shell in the oil pan. Add wine and vinegar. 7. Cover the pan and simmer for three minutes. Make the crab shell red. 8. Stir in the paste of salted egg yolk. 9. Add a little salt to the pan. 10. Put the crab on the bottom. Cover the crab shell with salted egg yolk. It tastes like sand.
