Pea is good for urination, thirst quenching, middle and lower Qi. It can relieve sore toxin, inflammation and heat. It can reduce blood pressure, fat and weight.
Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Soak the peas in 3-4 times of the volume of water for 8-12 hours (put them in the refrigerator in summer for cold soak). Wash them.

Step6:Take out the solidified pea yellow, cut it into small pieces, refrigerate the pea yellow, and then eat it in 24 hours. Stir fry the chicken in taste
