Step1:Wash the spareribs and boil them in cold water. Put them in a bowl for later use.
Step2:Put some oil into the pot. Stir fry the scallion and ginger. Put in the boiled spareribs.
Step3:Stir fry the spareribs for a while. Pour in some soy sauce and soft white sugar. Finally, put in the bulk.
Step4:When the ribs are colored, add the broth (just cover the ribs). I didn't prepare the broth, so I use water instead. Boil for about 35 minutes.
Step5:When the soup is dry, add some salt and take out the ribs.
