Step1:Take the right amount of cabbage. Bubble with water. Then wash.
Step2:Cut the washed cabbage into small pieces. Set aside.
Step3:Prepare some fans. I use potato fans.
Step4:Add some water into the pot. After the water is boiled, put the vermicelli into the pot and cook.
Step5:When the vermicelli are cooked, pull out the supercooled water. It's not until the vermicelli are completely cold.
Step6:Fans after cold water. Cut them short with a knife (scissors). Put them on a plate for later use.
Step7:Add some oil into the pot. When the oil is warm, put in the pre cut garlic cloves.

Step9:Stir fry cabbage until it's ripe. Add prepared fans and continue to stir fry.
Step10:Finally, add some salt, raw soy sauce and a little chicken essence to make it out of the pot.
