Niu loves curry rice very much. She always goes out to eat, but she is afraid of being unsafe. She is totally self-sufficient. Meeting her needs also saves my purse. The best of both worlds.
Step1:Dice the potatoes, carrots and onions. After the beef is diced, submerge in cooking wine and salt for ten minutes.
Step2:The beef tastes bloody after water. Remember to put it in hot water and take it out for use.
Step3:Pour the oil in the pot. Stir fry the diced potatoes and carrots. Wait until the edges of the potatoes are transparent. Add the diced onions and stir fry.
Step4:In the pot, add hot water after the onion becomes transparent. The hot water can be used before cooking. After stewing for five minutes, add beef and simmer for another five minutes.
Step5:Add three pieces of curry and simmer until the curry is boiled. Add some salt and black pepper to the heavy one. Generally, three pieces of curry will be used for two dishes.
Cooking tips:1. The beef stew is easy to be hard after a long time, so the processing time is not easy to be too long. 2. The curry is thick when it melts, so keep stirring to avoid sticking. 3. With curry powder, you can properly mix some water starch powder to increase the consistency. It's more delicious when it's poured on rice. 4. I don't like beef. I can change it into chicken. It tastes good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
