I struggled for a long time to buy ACA. But my colleagues and friends all recommended Changdi. Considering the cost performance and the convenience of maintenance, I finally bought Changdi.
Step1:Cut the ribs. Soak in the bleeding water for half an hour. Drain. Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken powder, soy sauce and rice wine. Marinate in refrigerator for more than six hours. The ribs will taste better.
Step2:Pad the baking tray with tin paper. Put the ribs evenly on the tin paper. Then spread the onion and scallion on the surface.
Step3:Wrap the tin paper well. Try to pack it tightly to reduce the space inside. Let the ribs absorb back the gravy. This step is very important. The space bulge of my bag caused a lot of gravy.
Step4:I use the Changdi oven. Turn it to the upper and lower heat pipes + warm air function. Bake it at 200 ℃ for 30 minutes and take it out (each oven is different. This is the reference value. If you want to improve the temperature quickly, you can shorten the time. For example, 230 ℃ for 20 minutes
Step5:There are two steps. Step 1: open the tin paper. The ribs are basically cooked. Take them out and lay them on the baking net (forget to take photos). Step 2. Evenly apply barbecue sauce on both sides of each ribs. Sprinkle cumin powder and salt and pepper. Finally, apply honey.
Step6:Put the grill in the middle of the oven. Bake at 200 ℃ for 10-15 minutes.
Step7:I roasted it for 15 minutes. The surface of the ribs is a little bit burnt, but the meat is tender. In fact, bake for about 10 minutes. Through the oven glass to see the color of the ribs surface, you can master the time flexibly.
Cooking tips:1. Ribs should be picked up. Each piece should be cut evenly. 2. Ribs do not need hot water. This will lose part of the taste. Soak in water for half an hour. 3. If the elderly and children in the family are afraid of heat, the fifth part has been finished. The first baking time should be a little longer. You can omit the later re baking steps.
