Step7:Round the stuffing and put it into the moon cake mould to press out the shape.
Step8:Preheat 160 ℃ and put it into the middle layer of the oven. Bake for 5 minutes. Take out and air for 1 minute. Brush the yolk liquid on the surface. Bake at 150 ℃ for 20 minutes or so.
Step9:After the moon cake is baked, wait for two days to return the oil before eating. It's better to eat the moon cake with tea
Step10:Lotus seed is fragrant. It must be made of ice sugar. It's not sticky but ice sweet.
Cooking tips:The conversion syrup can be self-made or purchased. The self-made method is also very simple, but it needs to be done 3 days in advance.
