Step8:Seam up. Roll out 3cm at one end.

Step10:If you are in a hurry, you can also do the bagel circle - put your fingers through the center of the dough. Lift them up and shake them. The hole in the middle is about 5cm in diameter. The expansion range of the shaped shell fruit is smaller after baking.

Step13:Boil the sugar water in the last few minutes of fermentation. Preheat the oven at 210 degrees. Boil the syrup and then reduce the heat. The water is slightly open. Put the oil paper on both sides. The oil paper is put down to the surface. Cook on both sides for 30 seconds.
Step14:When turning over, you can just take out the oilpaper.
Step15:Take out the drips. Put the oil paper side down on the baking tray. Sprinkle the decorated poppy seeds, sesame seeds or oatmeal immediately when the surface is wet.
Step16:Send it to the middle of the oven. Change it to 200 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes.
