Step1:1. Boil hot water. Add cooking wine. Cut pig's hoof. 2. Put oil in the pot. Add ginger. Stir fry pig's hoof. 3. Bring hot water to a boil in a casserole. Add wolfberry, soaked soybeans and pig's hooves. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Add broccoli and carrots. 4.
